Credits are the currency for the automatic AI suggestions: when the AI turns raw feedback into a finished ticket with copy variants, creates a project briefing, or processes a walkthrough video. The full core workflow — pin feedback, revision rounds, client link, sign-off — is always free and never uses credits.
What happens when my credits run out?
Nothing bad — you are never blocked. bepeq keeps running as normal; you just miss the automatic AI suggestions until you top up. Credits are a plus, never a wall.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the project through a link — no account, no installation, no invitation. They click right on the page, drop their pins and sign off at the end. It doesn’t get simpler.
Can I use the tool under my own brand?
Yes. White-label is included in the Agency plan: your logo, your colors, your domain — on the sign-off PDF too. Your client sees your brand, not bepeq.
How does the binding sign-off work?
With one click, your client confirms the acceptance. bepeq generates a signed PDF record with timestamp and IP address and locks the feedback. You hold documented proof — no more “that’s not what I said”.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). bepeq is a product of DAMA Solutions GmbH, based in Germany — data processing agreement (DPA) included. Your client data never leaves the EU.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, right in your account and without a phone call. The monthly plan is cancelable monthly; the yearly plan ends at the end of the paid year. Your projects and sign-off records remain available on the free plan too.
What counts as a project?
One website you take to acceptance — with any number of subpages, revision rounds and comments. On paid plans you can archive completed projects, which frees up the slot. On the free plan and for individually purchased projects, the quota is one-time.
